Flight or Fight: Remedies for Purchasers off-the-plan

Sydney will be presenting a CPD seminar for BenchTV in late February 2024 titled Flight or Fight: Wondrous and Strange Remedies for Purchasers off-the-plan. The seminar will explore several topics with broad relevance to property practitioners, including:
